n33 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "n33," "we," "us," "our" refers to the n33 platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated persons responsible for its operation under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing.
• "Platform" refers to the n33 website accessible at https://n33.app, including all pages, game content, financial features, account management tools, and customer support interfaces available thereon.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the n33 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the n33 registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, representing deposited funds net of wagers and adjusted for any winnings or withdrawals.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products and entertainment content made available through the Platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, dice, and any other wagering products offered from time to time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives issued to a Player by n33 as part of a promotion or loyalty programme, distinct from real-money Wallet balances.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which all transactions on n33 are denominated.

By accessing the n33 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the n33 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines applicable to specific Games or promotions as published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and must not register an Account or make use of any n33 services.

n33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. Where changes are material, n33 will provide not less than seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address associated with your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to and use of the n33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. n33 strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited is not permitted.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through the n33 responsible gaming tools or imposed by any relevant gaming regulatory authority.
• Not a restricted person: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of n33 or its affiliated game providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

To access real-money Games on n33, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

4.1 One Account Rule

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on n33. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where n33 identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts may be suspended and any balances held therein may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account information if any details change. n33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information you provide. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, n33 conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of the withdrawal activation process. Accepted Philippine identification documents include the Philippine Identification System Card (PhilSys ID), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's licence, and Philippine passport. Additional documentation may be requested where required by regulation.

4.4 Account Currency

All n33 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). n33 does not support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made via any channel are converted to PHP at the applicable exchange rate if received in a foreign currency, though n33 recommends using PHP-native payment methods such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank to avoid any conversion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. n33 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or transfer or sell your Account to another individual. Any activity that occurs on your Account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify n33 customer support immediately. n33 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon verified notification, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs prior to such notification.

6.1 Deposits

n33 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash payments. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. n33 does not accept deposits made on behalf of a Player by a third party. Third-party deposit attempts will be reversed and may trigger an Account review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of the KYC verification process and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: within one (1) hour for verified accounts in good standing
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB: same business day for requests submitted during banking hours

n33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns. Processing may be temporarily delayed during such reviews. n33 will communicate any delays to the Player via their registered email address.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

All financial activity on n33 is monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR requirements. n33 reserves the right to hold, freeze, or return deposits and withhold withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds represent proceeds of illegal activity. n33 is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

n33 offers various bonuses, free games, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all n33 promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to real-money Wallet funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible Games before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and dice games may have different contribution weightings as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issuance. Bonus Funds not utilised within the validity period will expire without compensation.

By using the n33 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play and the legitimate purpose of online gaming entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with Games or the Platform in place of manual human participation
• Exploiting errors, glitches, bugs, or misconfigured game parameters to gain an undue advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate Game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker formats
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming, including for commercial gain by operating as an intermediary for third-party players
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, offensive, or defamatory content via any chat or communication feature on the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any aspect of the Platform's technical infrastructure

n33 employs game integrity monitoring systems that continuously analyse player behaviour patterns for indicators of prohibited conduct. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be immediately suspended pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated through prohibited means will be forfeited.

All content on the n33 Platform — including but not limited to the n33 name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, audio, video, text, software, and underlying code — is the proprietary intellectual property of n33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from n33.

Any unauthorised use of n33 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other loss arising from technical failures.

n33's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

n33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While n33 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and game integrity, n33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

n33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 is detected or reasonably suspected
• The Account is subject to a self-exclusion order or a regulatory direction
• The Account shows evidence of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• A duplicate Account is identified in violation of the one-account-per-player rule

Upon termination for cause, n33 may withhold any Wallet balance or winnings pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a violation by the Player, any verified real-money Wallet balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting n33 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days. Any real-money Wallet balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded after satisfying any applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

n33 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. All registered Players have access to the following tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders and session cut-off controls to manage time spent on the Platform

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute arising from your use of n33, you must first contact n33 customer support to attempt informal resolution. n33 aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with n33's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, whose contact information is available on the official PAGCOR website. n33 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

13.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on n33 are determined by certified random number generators (in the case of digital games) or by physical equipment operated under real-time live dealer supervision (in the case of live dealer games). n33's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record for the purposes of resolving any game result dispute. Where a technical malfunction voids a game round, all wagers placed in that round will be returned to the Players' Wallets.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes outlined above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
